In this episode of the podcast, I reflect on the transformative journey of the past year and share a powerful practice for you to try as we approach the end of 2024. It is so important to take a moment to pause and consider what this year has taught you before we rush into setting goals for 2025.
This year has taught me that I cannot escape who I am, and it is time to embrace my authentic self rather than conform to external expectations. Throughout the episode, I explore the concept of duality, sharing how I have simultaneously experienced significant growth in my business and personal challenges. I highlight the importance of recognizing that both good and bad can coexist and that we don’t need to wait for challenges to resolve before we can experience success.
As I reflect on my mantra—“As my business grows, my relationships and health thrive”—I share how I had to confront and rewrite limiting beliefs that held me back. I encourage listeners to create their mantras that reflect what they truly desire, even if they don’t believe it yet.
