This is episode four in my new Resilience Series. Over the next 12 weeks, I'll be releasing an episode every fortnight focusing on how to build resilience. In this episode, I explain why self compassion is key to maintaining resilience, and talk you through a self-compassion exercise at around 10 minutes.

The self compassion exercise was inspired by The Compassionate Mind Workbook: A Step-by-step Guide to Developing Your Compassionate Self, by Chris Irons and Elaine Beaumont
