Taking care that every dish has its own good individual texture, taste, and appearance, he navigated his way from line cook to executive chef and revolutionizing how banquet food looks and tastes while navigating large resort properties and their menus. Now, he owns, The bistro specializing in food without confusion. It’s an eclectic cuisine from clam chowder to pork chops all tucked away in the beachfront Cannon Beach.
