In this episode I’m sharing one of the most life-changing insights I’ve ever learned: You are not your thoughts.

If you’ve ever felt trapped by negative self-talk, constantly worrying about the future, or ruminating on your past, I want you to know those thoughts don’t define you. For years, I believed my thoughts were true reflections of who I was, but the truth is, thoughts are simply mental events. They’re not facts.
