Honoring our body, mind, and spirit with the mixed modalities of somatic stretching, breathwork, and meditative journaling focusing on sacred text, we enter the empowering space between Heaven and Earth, embodying Presence from a place of love in the world.
Honoring all who enter this practice as Sacred in a Loving God, we hold out this practice and daily penning cycle, to become a life serving, transformative routine, to live life from a place of Holy Spirit led intuitive guidance and care. All are welcome in this Sacred space!
