In this episode, I’m breaking down the difference between anxiety and sensory overload, why that confusion can lead to shame and self-blame, and how to start noticing the signs your body is simply overstimulated.
I’ll also share calming tools and journaling prompts to help you recover your peace and regulate your nervous system so you can stop powering through and start honoring your true emotional needs.
