"Greatness begins in the morning!" This was something I heard all the time but I never realised the impact that an intentional morning routine could have on ones life until I applied one in mine. This was the weapon that helped me fight against stress, anxiety and depression. The weapon that allowed me to finally enjoy my days with mindfulness, energy and strength.
This 5am morning routine follows these 3 steps:
- PRAY
- PLAY
- PLAN
