You know the Way to your heart, you have travelled there so many times. we are looking for simple and honest ways to say hello to our internal processes and ways of thinking, the ways we play with our minds. How we interpret and decide what we are doing. There is a lot going on. Taking little steps of self awareness, at one's own speed, and allowing one Self to be real. Energy doesn't always go in the same direction, it oscillates, as energy, so too, do we! Understanding this and having a little compassion is very important, even critical. Be nice, play nice with your Self. Be kind, please. focus on your breathing, long and slow, methodical, with pauses in between and flow between your breaths and as you need add the cadence of your pulsing heart's rhythm to help find your own foundation of Living, of being alive, awake, aware to all the opportunities we have, all of us have. there is always more or less, where have you allowed the volume to be set? time to take control, gently, with compassion and empathy for You.
