Join me as I reflect on a decade of tracking my cycle and the changes I’ve experienced along the way. This is (of course) not a linear journey, and there's no 'mastery' of the practice of cycle alignment. That's part of its beauty.
As I approach the transition into perimenopause, I discuss the lessons learned and how this journey has prepared me for what lies ahead. Whether you're new to the idea of menstrual cycle awareness or are a seasoned tracker, this episode offers reflections and encouragement for for you to practice curiosity and active listening in your relationship to your body and/or cycle and their evolving ways.
