· You are not broken! How understanding and accepting your brain type can empower you to work with your natural tendencies rather than against them.

· Managing stress and deadlines – if you’re a last-minute Lucy, don’t try to change. Prepare for the event instead so you don’t burn yourself out.

· Flipping the reward – rewards are crucial to getting shit done. Give yourself the treat first and ride off the dopamine. Remember, there are no rules!
