Irina Serebryakova is a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Trained as an engineer in Europe, she also hosted a health education program on national TV in the Ukraine and became a Fitness Champion. Through this journey, Irina discovered her passion for sharing wellness education with others. When she immigrated to the US in 1998, Irina decided to transform her passion into her career and obtained her Nurse Practitioner degree. Irina integrates traditional western medicine with a variety of holistic modalities at her practice "You Holistic" in Exeter, NH. She uses nutrition and herbs for digestive problems and weight management. Irina also utilizes natural hormones for endocrine & hormone balancing, joint health, anti-aging and disease prevention. At Irina's practice she offers unique services such as regenerative treatments with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Prolozone, and Exosomes for joint, soft tissue, back, and neck pain.
