Bill Stranberg is a Partner with Stranberg Resource Group and is experienced in multi-industry, multi-discipline executive search and recruitment. His industry experience includes projects with consumer and industrial manufacturing clients, ranging in size from small cap to multi-national, and including many private and family-owned companies. Bill’s functional focus with SRG has been in sales and marketing, general management, and operations.

Bill joined SRG in 2013, prior to which he spent seven years on the ground in mainland China, working closely with businesses ranging from small local start-ups to large multinational corporations. Bill’s years in China have given him invaluable insight into the cultural and operational challenges and opportunities in the global market, as well as written and spoken fluency in Mandarin.

With his multi-cultural scope, Bill is skilled at recruiting across cultural, linguistic, and national boundaries. He excels at relationship development, search strategy, and bringing creative solutions to deliver results to clients. Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys playing tennis and woodworking in his spare time.
