The 3 X-Factors of Fat Loss are:
- Strength Train 3-4 days per week: This is how you build your fat burning engine. Without lean muscle mass, your metabolism will grind to a halt.
- Eat minimally processed whole foods in a caloric deficit: Processed foods give your body little to no nutritional value, leaving it in need of more…which is usually why you overeat. When you eat more than you burn, you’ll store body fat.
- Stress and sleep management: Cortisol is the hormone that leads to storing excess body fat. When you don’t sleep enough and/or don’t manage stress well, cortisol levels stay high in your body.
