As you know, many people use the beginning of a new year to make resolutions about things they’d like to improve in their lives. The question is how successful have you been with seeing those resolutions come to fruition? If you haven't had much success over the years, perhaps you need to stop making resolutions and start setting intentions instead. The important thing about intentions is that they challenge you to keep your goals front and center, and to persist on the journey even in the face of challenges until you reach the end point.
