The talk (32 minutes) is from a webinar I did some months ago, and the journey (60 minutes) is from a live recording during the initial module of the Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner Training.

The talk gives you the MAP of the journey, which allows you to go much deeper. And then you can show up for the journey the way you would show up for a shamanic healing session - fully present, filled with energy and with no distractions.
By doing this you create sacred space around your own healing, so you can journey deep into the landscape of your soul.
