Tami earned a master's degree in live food vegan nutrition and has since studied with some of the world's best integrative MDs. She now teaches others the wisdom of food as medicine. She has spent three decades eating organic and has recovered from severe illness with Crohn's and colitis. Tami loves long barefoot walks in the woods and cold plunges.
