Success and goals are not synonymous. It might sound odd, but achieving your goal cannot become your definition of success. Unless you separate the two as an entrepreneur, you run the risk of failing or, even worse, feeling empty inside.
In this episode, we cut through all the noise and tackle the stark differences between setting goals and defining success as an entrepreneur. Being bold in setting and chasing your goals is crucial, but hitching your success to them is a perilous path.
