Today, Leah chats with Careth Arnold. Careth is a professional runner for Altra and is based in Colorado. She is a mother, an artist, a horticulturist, and recently she earned a Golden Ticket to Western States by finishing 4th at the Canyons 100k.
In this episode, we chat about her ultrarunning journey and what it really means to balance being a mother while striving to be her best on the trails.
