This conversation is with Brenda Davis, RD. She is one of the world’s leading plant-based pioneers and has been promoting plant-based diets since making the transition herself in 1989. Brenda has been a featured speaker at medical, nutrition, and dietetic conferences in over 20 countries on 5 continents.
