Yesterday I went on Sky News again, this time to talk about mental health stigma.
I wanted to show you the full interview, but also give you a bit of a back story (behind the scenes) as to what happened when I got the call.

In this interview with Kay Burley we spoke about mental health in the workplace, stigma, how to get help and why there needs to be more support for people struggling with mental health.
