Super excited to announce this new series, kicking it off with an interview with Instagram influencer Darren Branch.

Behind The 'Reel' is all about interviewing 'influencers', and getting to know more about them behind what they share on social media. I think we're all victims of only showing our best side on social media, so I really want to show the real person behind what we typically portray on social media.

We kick things off with Darren, a menswear influencer who has an inspiring story as to why he started sharing photos on social media. We talk about:

- The main reason 'why' Darren started sharing photos on Instagram

- His personal battles with depression

- How social media actually helps his mental health

- The work he puts in daily to grow his Instagram

- How he wishes to inspire his children through his Instagram

- Why exercise is important for his mental health
