Everyone wants to be in control, but what if that comes with harmful consequences?

what is the cost of playing God?

What is the cost of worrying about things you can't control?

Becoming a well rested woman for me means trusting God.

When I surrender control and trust God, I feel abundant.

Trusting God can be so stressful, but there are so many benefits of trusting.

Worrying is a waste of creative energy and the stress slowly kills us.

Wouldn't it be better to lean into trust and rest than to force everything.
