Her journey began after one of her Heartbeats (a term she affectionately calls her Nieces and Nephews) called her out on the tone she consistently used 12 years ago. That one comment caused Louisa to examine her own story to discover things she didn't like and make a conscious decision to change the way she was showing up in the world. And now it's her life's mission to spread as much love, joy and kindness for as long as she's on the planet. Louisa is the Founder and Chief Kind Officer at #MakeKindLoud

Louisa is an author, speaker, kindness coach, consultant and publicist who spends the majority of her time spearheading kindness initiatives, organizing Love Ambassadors and showing companies how creating a culture of kindness can have a positive impact on their bottom line.
