What would be the ideal day for someone with ADHD?

-Having a great night's rest of 8 hours.

-Wake up on time and pop out of bed.

Do not contemplate getting in the shower.

-Brush my teeth, do my hair, get dressed without having analysis paralysis.

-Not have every second filled with my phone in my hand because it distracts me so well.

-Drive to work without having to veer all over from losing track of spatial recognition.

-Get to work early enough to prep my day without having to rush.

-See a stack of work from the day before and think “I should get to that” and then proceeds to successfully get to it - and finishes it.

-Feel proud that I’ve tackled and completed everything from yesterday and transition to todays work.

-Go to the restroom without holding it for hours by accident because you forget your bladder and restrooms exist.

She holds a doctorate in AI and Healthcare, an MBA from Stanford School of Business, and an engineering degree. Beyond her career, Sharada is passionate about social entrepreneurship, effective altruism, and advocating for diversity and equity in the workplace.
