Michael and Warren discussed what’s in store for the economy as summer turns to fall including the possibility of a rate cut from the Federal Reserve as well as the shifting political landscape as the United States heads to a presidential election in November.

Michael also went into detail on his career and how it’s meshed with both construction and economics since the beginning and gave a preview of how he’ll present his economic insights in new ways going forward.
