  2. Hey guys! I started powerlifting about a year and a half ago and found the podcast right around then. I've learned a lot! Anyway, I have a question. How do I balance the need for hypertrophy with maintaining optimal strength in the big three lifts? For context, I'm 20 years old, 6'0, and 172 pounds.
  3. I'm really interested in fully auto-regulation training programs, where you have no set training days and essentially move days around based on how you're feeling. I've been experimenting with this lately and would love to hear your thoughts.
  4. Hi Kyle, I have a random question for you. What are the main differences in programming for natural athletes versus those using performance-enhancing drugs?
  5. Have you guys found the perfect lifting shoe yet lol?
