This episode completely lit me up inside, in the best way. What an honour it is to be able to share this with you dear listeners. Beth Davis and I started this conversation with our own current understanding and experience of “perfection” and how we landed on this as the topic for an episode. We explored questions like:
What does “perfect” mean and why can it be such a confusing and charged word?
What is it to be adaptive and perfect simultaneously?
What does it mean to be perfect right now as you are? What does it not mean?
Why is embracing our perfection now an important practice?
What is the fear in letting go claiming we are imperfect and stepping fully into being perfect right now?
