I once heard the definition of Power being described as building strength over time. Just like building a muscle, it takes daily practice, repetition and consistency to achieve your goals. The same can be said of building our own personal power. Every day we have the opportunity to gain daily practice, to repeat those behaviours that lead to success, and to consistently show up this way time and time again.
