She has guided community projects in Guatemala and Hungry, taught in Indonesia, and studied in France, Japan, and Mexico. Dayamudra holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership, focused on Equity/Social Justice, was a Stanford EPIC Fellow, and is an ordained Buddhist, a meditation teacher, and a certified yoga instructor.
