Everywhere you go, there are ads and companies trying to sell to you. Everyone is competing for everyone's attention and pocketbooks. Your ideal customer is exhausted from being sold to. Therefore, they greet your marketing and sales process with resistance, skepticism and fear. Their heart is armored up!
