We talk about what are the decisions you want to make from the CRM, which is the single source of truth. We also talk about building for scale, and there are (unfortunately) no quick fixes. You need to have the right mindset when examining the data, and try to understand what it's telling you.
Mahesh is currently Senior Director for Revenue Operations at AppViewX, a certification lifecycle automation solution. He started in software engineering and later moved to presales and marketing. He graduated from university in India.
