In this very first episode, I’m starting at the very beginning! We’re talking about what exactly is premenstrual anxiety, who this podcast is for and what you can expect from listening to it! But, here’s a little spoiler… if you’ve ever struggled with anxiety before your period, have felt overwhelmed, scattered or found it hard to cope in that luteal/ premenstrual phase, either a lot or a little, here and there or every cycle… then you are exactly in the right place!
