I have been in hiding. Hiding from myself, never truly looking in the mirror, and using eyewear and glasses to hide from the world.

In today's episode, listen to how I spent almost 30 years of my life feeling so unattractive, less than worthy, and utterly debilitated by my own self-consciousness - constantly telling myself I wasn't beautiful and only seeing my flaws. I let this negative self image become so paralyzing that there were days in school that I would simply skip class because I didn't have the confidence to leave the house.

Alone. Locked inside, both physically and within the constraints of my own mind.
