The main foundation piece toward building any kind of healthy, happy, and whole life is one's relationship to (in short) God / Universal Energy-- it goes by many names and is experienced through the Power of Love.

This can bring potentially bring up emotions or painful memories that are asking to be healed and transformed. The main thing to focus on is the ultimate goal, which is to gain something positive and move forward with strengthening a connection with God / Divine Energy.
