Jeff Davis, musician turned technologist with nearly 30 years of experiences in team science, ensemble engineering, and workplace facilitation. In unassuming manner and joy-filled banter, Jeff tries to role model and teach servant-leadership and values-based decision-making. He desires to help teams (and the individuals within) develop into transformational leaders that can overcome the cliffs of chaos, thrive among the constraints of complexity, and improve flow amidst the abundance of impediments around us. Currently working at Xebia|Xpirit-USA, Jeff is juggling the hats of an Engagement Manager, Consultant, Product Manager, and Educator to best serve Xebia's clients who are digitally and culturally transforming their applications, infrastructures, teams, and organizations using Azure cloud technologies enabled by principles from business agility, devops, and related movements.
