This week we encountered the beginning of what we deem the "holiday season" as we celebrated Halloween. This season can be a struggle for us personally and we wanted to share a little bit of the "season" that we've been in these past few months and how we are looking forward to getting back to the basics during the holiday season. We discuss a few of our parenting concerns with how we approach the balance of fun, creating memories, and having those experiences but still honoring our beliefs that health is important for not only ourselves but our families too.
