Jaya Bhavnani is the Founding Executive Director of Dwight Global Online School and also spearheads the Rahhal program in collaboration with Dwight School Dubai. She is actively involved with the International Baccalaureate and serves on the Evaluation Team for the Council for International Schools. She has trained thousands of teachers globally on the implementation and delivery of the IB Programme. She holds a BS in Education and Physics and an MS in Mathematics.

Jaya has been honored with the 'Outstanding Contribution in Education' 2019 GESS Award, the 2020 GFEL 'Top 100 Leaders in Education Award, and was recently announced as the Winner of the EdTech Leadership Award 2021.

She strongly believes in promoting intercultural competence through education, and in the power of respectful and compassionate relationships.
