After losing two people in less than a week to suicide it's time we talk about the conversation of depression. Join our hosts as they talk about their personal experience with depression and suicidal ideation and the ways they dealt with it from a natural and spiritual perspective. They will also talk about how to be a support system for a person dealing with depression and suicidal ideation.
