Jenni and Suze meet again to start discussing what being an Insight Maximizer is all about. When Jenni and Suze began talking about their experiences at their respective family weddings, they decided to put together a way to prepare for future events by learning from past events.

But first, what is an event? Life is a series of events, major and minor, macro and micro, planned and unplanned events. Merriam-Webster says that an event is “something that happens.” Insight Maximizers adds the reaction to what happens, which is what we’re looking to understand from an event.

Looking at the reaction to events is challenging and part of what we decide to do so we won’t make the same mistakes repeatedly. Jenni and Suze talk about examples in their life of micro and macro events, planned or unplanned events.

The thrill-seekers that they are, recommend a challenge to their listeners to apply what Jenni and Suze discuss in this episode.

Suze and Jenni blend their personal experience, therapeutic tools, and coaching tools to learn how to have better events in the future. Their process deals with the past, present, and future to help people live better and feel better as they experience events with other people.

Come back for the next episode when Suze and Jenni talk more about the processes they have created to help tune and fine-tune how we deal with things like “feelings stacking” and “emotional hangovers” because of events.

Suze Gadol Anderson lives in Eugene, Oregon. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Texas and Oregon. Jenni Hubby is a Professional Certified Coach living in Flower Mound, Texas.
