Having worn hearing aids for more than 20 years, Monica is a strong advocate for hearing health. Intellectually curious and passionate to make a change, Monica’s focus has always been to use research as a catalyst for change, both inside the corporation and the world at large. Outside the corporate world, Monica is a volunteer advisor for a bereavement center, a Board member for The Conference Board and she has successfully launched and sold “Culture Baby” an online retailer of globally sourced kids apparel.
