Hey there!

Did you know, 80% of your daily thoughts are negative? Crazy right?!

& to top that statistic off, 95% of your daily thoughts are repetitive.

So what does this mean? Well, it means if you lack motivation & drive, question whether you can really ever change, or you constantly feel like you are running on an empty tank wishing you could wave a magic wand & get off the struggle bus of disordered eating to live a life of freedom.....you aren't alone. You aren't wrong. You aren't flawed. You aren't bad. You are a normal human who has been listening to that inner critic that lives inside of you & you have been believing the lie.

Maybe for you, that is the lie of not being good enough.

Or maybe for you, it's the lie that if you gain weight you will be judged, rejected or abandoned.

Or maybe just maybe, it's the lie that you will forever be trapped in an unhealthy relationship with food controlling your life.
