Ann and John Fox of Fox Urban Farms joined us today to share their new hydroponic produce growing operation located in Winchester, VA. With a background in convenience stores and food service, the Fox's were suited for this next venture and found urban agriculture to be their next business. After spending time finding a location, checking local regulations, getting the infrastructure going, they planted the first seeds in Dec 2022!!
