you nearly made it. Stepping into a new habit, version takes some time (I know that can be again challenging, but I love to encourage you to challenge yourself).
The more we proactively create new habits and add them to existing ones, the more we may feel "That's simple, I love it". Allow yourself to have fun, and be creative - change can be fascinating to see how you transform inside out.
I invite you for min. the next 3 days to try out your new idea, and habit and then keep on moving. Become your own biggest fan! Repeat till it's your new "normal."
