With over 23 years of experience in AI, blockchain technology, and robotic process automation, Neema brings a wealth of expertise from her previous roles, including Head of Engineering for Cloud Data Analytics & AI at McKinsey & Company, and leadership positions at American Express and McKesson Corporation.

Some of Neema’s groundbreaking achievements include being one of the first executive women officers in the Indian Navy’s Works Branch, where she served for eight years. Now, as part of the Marsh McLennan Technology Leadership Team, she is focused on empowering Oliver Wyman’s colleagues & delivering forward-looking solutions to clients.
