If you are investing your money in hiring a virtual assistant, you really want them to be able to pay for themselves.
Gina Cotner, CEO of Athena Executive Services, began her business by becoming a virtual assistant herself. Encouraged by an employer to start up a business finding the right assistants for business owners and CEOs, Gina found herself hiring her own VA and realizing the freedom it brought.
Time zones and internet reliability are two considerations when hiring a VA outside the USA. Gina stresses that while you could ask a VA to do anything for you, it’s worth remembering that they are not experts in the same subject as you.
