Dr. Linette Montae is a top-tier strategic and profitability partner specializing in scaling the authority, profitability and legacy of underrepresented CEOs, leaders, and entrepreneurs. She is the NSBA Leadership Council, CEO, speaker, and author.
Dr. Lynette shares her 40-year journey in entrepreneurship, consulting for various businesses, including major corporations like Marriott and Avis. Being a woman of color in male-driven industries was very hard even though she had two master's degrees and one PhD, she was not heard until she got a law degree.
Women often need to overcome societal expectations and focus on mindset to scale their businesses beyond the $1 million mark, but for that, they need to learn skills from coaches. The key point of all businesses is in the customer experience, both internal (team) and external (customers) stakeholders - aiming for the best customer experience possible is the money magnet.
Solving your financial problems and creating lasting success begins with addressing emotional and mindset issues. Dr Linette is pointing out that inner work combined with tactical action can make wonders. Reusing one ‘good’ product to maximize profits instead of going wide is her great tip for all out there.
