A Women and Their Woods retreat hosted by the Ridge and Valley Conservancy in Newton, NJ, helped landowners caring for their woods –filled with tips on native plants to help heal our land. And how our relationship with trees and nature can be symbiotic – mutually beneficial rather than parasitic.

The episode features highlights from Sharon Wander's presentation about Pollinator Friendly Properties. Plus, artist Rita Baragona's Breathwork and Symbiosis helps us connect with trees and nature. And how to doodle or journal the beauty of the world around us.

"What is your connection to the woods, a tree, a leaf, yourself?"
