With only a week left before we leave Bariloche and South America, it's the perfect time to reflect on what we'll remember most about our time in Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Argentina. We've whittled it down to eight primary topics (it very easily could have been 38):

- People
- Historical Sites
- Food
- Geography
- Traditions
- Transit
- Sounds
We talk about a variety of subjects in each category (especially the food!), and we come to the conclusion we're not quite done with Mexico and South America. We love Peru and we have unfinished business in Argentina and Chile, so we will return one day!
