In this episode we deviate from the planned program of reading our “Welcome The New Paradigm” letters to recognize and honor this time of upheaval and social change, following the murder of George Floyd. This episode is an authentic free-flowing conversation, within this group of thought leaders from varying backgrounds with potent and powerful shares. Mel Rhoden, a Freedom Unfolding member, is a courageous leader who has agreed to share her own experience growing up as a black woman. Our intention is that this conversation will assist in the broadening of perspective that is so needed right now within white communities. This episode speaks in general terms about the ramifications of racial injustice and brainstorms a variety of different treatments to help remedy this systemic societal disease.
