Since last week’s coaching call was so successful, I wanted to continue the podcast coaching series with another client, Erika. She joins me today hoping to find serenity through a difficult breakup while co-parenting their child and still living under the same roof. On episode 262 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast, I help Erika find serenity through self-care and managing her expectations!

Some of the things Erika and I work through in this episode include:

  • Leveraging codependent tendencies by using an accountability partner to stay on track.
  • Prioritizing self-care is crucial for emotional well-being, especially during challenging times.
  • Using the term self-abandonment instead of self-sabotage connects your behavior to your status as an adult child and changes how you approach the solution.
  • Overcoming unrealistic expectations often begins with unhooking your expectations after the fact.

Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on living a more whole life and to hear even more about the points outlined above.

Thank you for listening! If you enjoyed this episode, take a screenshot of the episode to post in your stories and tag me! And don’t forget to follow, rate and review the podcast and tell me your key takeaways!
